Joel Stubblefield is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at IntegrityQ, where he brings unmatched insight from two decades in public safety/corrections leadership and business leadership roles. Having led teams and tactical units, Joel knows firsthand the challenges faced by staff and organizations responsible for the safety and health of others—and he’s now on a mission to solve them.

During his public safety career, Joel trained countless officers in de-escalation, mental health response, and physical/mental tactics. His leadership roles in Emergency Response and as a certified instructor with various law enforcement training organizations,  positioned him at the sharpest edge of safety and an interpersonal communication skills subject matter expert. That experience fuels his drive to make custody safer through intelligent, passive technology.

At IntegrityQ, Joel is leading the charge in bringing our Life Detection radar system to customers across the globe —a non-contact solution that monitors vital signs and movement without disturbing the individual.
