As former Head of the UK National Prisons Intelligence Coordination Centre, Graeme oversaw all counterterrorism and organized crime operations within the prison system. He led strategic intelligence coordination across a 300-person multi-agency team, managed a multimillion-pound budget, and routinely briefed the UK Home Secretary and senior ministers on the nation’s most sensitive security threats.

In his prior role as Head of National Ports Analysis, Graeme directed operational deployment for over 1,800 law enforcement staff across UK borders, determining national security priorities and managing intelligence originating from all UK ports.
