Mike Tipton, President and CEO of Integrity Communications Solutions Inc., a small business committed to excellence in communications services and product engineering. Integrity has emerged as a multi-million-dollar corporation that is a leading force in Military Satellite Communications operations, engineering, testing, and training. Mike co-founded Integrity in March of 2009 with the purpose of providing top-notch, economically viable Satellite Communications (SATCOM) communications services and systems engineering. In effort to diversify the business operations and capabilities Mike created a products division of Integrity, which is designed to solve the most complex engineering problems focused on rapid innovation and delivery.

Mike as the lead innovator and visionary of Integrity and is focused on building a highly efficient and effective Corporation that maximizes contributions to the defense of this nation and our Allies as well as the provision of innovation to the betterment of the world. Mike has conceived, architected, designed, and led the development of many system products as well as holds multiple patents.

Mike is a U.S. Navy veteran, serving as a submarine communications and electronics expert. He served on board three fast-attack submarines USS Albany, USS Tucson, and USS Boise prior to managing multiple satellite constellations for the DoD. Mike became a pathfinder and respected leading operations expert in the use of Protected Military SATCOM systems. Upon leaving the Military, Mike continued his passion for the Warfighter by working for both the 4th Space Operations Squadron and Air Force System Program Office until
he founded Integrity.

Mike has a passion helping entrepreneurs and has assisted over 25 small business engage in the pursuit of their dreams. Mike’s education includes numerous professional courses, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Colorado Christian University, where he graduated as the 2010 Adult Graduate of the Year. He was also selected as the 2016 Small Business Person of the year for the Pikes Peak Region by the Small Business Administration and is a graduate of the SBA’s Emerging Leaders program, where he was selected as the cohort speaker. Finally, he led Integrity was selected as a 2017 “Colorado Companies to Watch” winner for being a stage 2 company fueling Colorado’s economy.

Mikes served as the Assistant Chief (3701) and board Member on the Tri-County Volunteer Fire Fighter in Elbert County, El Paso County and Lincoln County Colorado where he was responsible for over 420 square miles of property. He was also certified as an Emergency Medical Technician Registry Number: E3110751, where he additionally held an IV certification. Lastly, he was “red card” certified for wildland firefighting.

Mike enjoys morning coffee with his wife Christina Tipton, being involved as a volunteer with his church, Legacy Church, in Green Mountain Falls Colorado. He loves living in the mountains of Colorado and some of his favorite hobbies are, cars, flying, and the newly acquired skill of SCUBA.
